Return & Refund
All our products undergo a thorough inspection, are in excellent condition, and are securely packed with sufficient styrofoam support to withstand transportation.
Products can be returned within 14 days after package receipt provided that the following conditions are met:
- For scale models - Products and product packaging are in good condition. Meaning, no tears on all sides of the packaging, no signs of alteration on the original state, and complete parts including all screws, stickers, or cards if any.
- For cosmetics - Products and product packaging are unopened with an intact seal.
- Other products - Unopened with no signs of usage.
Please note! If you have received a defective scale model, incomplete scale model parts, or incomplete products, please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours indicating the customer’s name, order number with accompanying pictures of the outside packaging, product packaging, and product issue for assessment. Failure to do so will be considered an acknowledgment that you received the package in its entirety and in good condition.
Please note! The customer may use other shipping company for return, however, any additional costs than our standard shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Please note! For scale models with paint problems, please do not try to restore them without notifying us within 24 hours. Please provide pictures for reference. In case you pursue repairing it yourselves or apply any chemicals to it, resulting in alteration to the original state, and still wish to return it, you will be subject to a value reduction depending on severity.
DAMAGE UPON RETURN
HMKT bears the risk for outgoing shipments (shipping towards the customer), while the risk for return shipments lies with the customer. Any damage to the product or loss of the package during the return process will not be eligible for a refund. However, we can provide assistance by liaising with the shipping carrier to explore potential coverage under shipping insurance.
Once HMKT has received the returned products, assessed, and has been approved, the customer will be refunded using the customer’s mode of payment.
Please note! Products that are returned in a damaged or incomplete condition while still in the customer's possession within the 14-day period will not qualify for a refund.
Please note! If scale models are returned in a soiled condition (with oily fingerprints, stains, or dust) and exhibit tears in the packaging caused by the customer, a reduction in the product's value will apply. This reduction will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note! In the event that a customer orders multiple products but decides to return only a portion of them, a refund will only be issued for the value of the returned items, excluding the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.
