Return & Refund

All our products are carefully inspected, in excellent condition, and securely packaged to withstand shipping.

Right to Return

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers can return collectibles, such as scale models, within 14 days of receipt.

• The customer has 14 days to ship the item after notifying us of the return.
• Returns sent after this period may not be accepted, and a refund may not be issued.

Return Conditions

• Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, as the packaging is an important part of the collectible’s value.
• Depreciation may be applied if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features, and function.
• If a customer attempts repairs (e.g., touching up paint, correcting lacquer, reapplying stickers) and causes further damage, additional depreciation may apply according to EU rules.

Damaged or Incomplete Items

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with:

• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Photo of the shipping label

We provide a replacement or refund at no cost. Customers may use a different carrier for returns, but any costs above standard shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Note! A reduction in the refund may be applied if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features, and functionality. For example, by removing parts, breaking pieces, or returning the product without the original packaging.

Return Shipping

• Outgoing shipments are at HMKT’s risk; returns are at the customer’s risk.
• Damage during return shipping due to poor packing by the customer is not reimbursed.
• If a package is lost and the customer used their own shipping label, it will not be reimbursed.
• HMKT covers return shipping costs only for items damaged in transit by our carrier or received incomplete.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and approve the return.
• Partial returns are refunded only for the returned items, excluding original shipping costs.
• Products that are incomplete, damaged, or broken will not be refunded if returned after 14 days in the customer’s possession.
