Shipping
Due to inflation, high energy costs and rising labor costs of carriers in 2025, we are also required to increase our shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping fee is based on the following: Box for packing, tapes, styrofoam to protect the product during transportation, labor of employees who carefully pack your order, and costs paid to the shipping company who delivers your order. Since our product prices are competitive, we do not offer free shipping.
HMKT ships via DPD, PostNL, UPS, and DHL within the European Union and via PostNL for remote areas in Europe, destinations outside the European Union and all non-European countries. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us for possible adjustments to the shipping costs.
Please note! All possible customs fees, import duties, and taxes outside the European Union will be paid by the customer.
All packages come with a track and trace code, which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped.
The transit time is only an estimation. Any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances are not within our liability. Therefore, we recommend keeping an eye on your track and trace, so we can take an immediate action in case of any issues.
The transit time for orders on backorder with a delivery time of 10-14 business days starts upon shipment.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Lost packages should be reported to us as soon as possible so that we can contact the carrier and initiate an investigation.
All our products undergo a thorough inspection, are in excellent condition, and are securely packed with sufficient styrofoam support to withstand transportation. Any instances of product breakage due to transportation should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt via [email protected], accompanied by supporting photos for assessment.
